MEET OUR CHEF
Sarvesh Sureshchandra Patankar, our corporate chef at Palace Resorts, specializes in Indian cuisine. He began his culinary career in Mumbai, India, where he also studied hospitality management. His mother and grandmother’s profound love and passion for Indian cuisine inspire him in the dishes he creates. Chef Patankar’s wedding menu choices include 120 items.
